1. Whether it is a semi-closed or fully-closed air conditioner compressor, an oil filter must be installed, and a small amount of car oil should be filled into the oil category. If the volatilization temperature of the operating system is less than -15°C, be sure to refit the gas-water separator and add appropriate refrigeration oil;
2. The base of the DC INVERTER CONDENSING UNIT must be installed with a shock-absorbing rubber seat, and the assembly of the generator set must save a certain maintenance indoor space to facilitate the observation of the instrument panel and regulating valve;
3. The pipe diameter of the air-conditioning copper pipe must be strictly configured according to the DC INVERTER CONDENSING UNIT suction and exhaust valve sockets. However, when the distance between the cooler and the air conditioner compressor exceeds 3 meters, increase the length of the air conditioner copper pipe as much as possible. The air inlet surface of the cooler should be kept at a distance of about 40cm from the obstacle, and the distance between the vent and the obstacle should be guaranteed to be more than 3 meters. Otherwise, it is likely to directly affect the heat rejection of the generator set;
4. The inlet and outlet pipes of the liquid storage tank must be equipped strictly in accordance with the marked ones. The DC INVERTER CONDENSING UNIT breathing line and the return and intake line of the air cooler must not be lower than the marked specifications, thereby reducing the internal friction resistance of the volatilization pipe;
5. The exhaust pipe and return bronchus must have a certain inclination. In the case that the seat of the cooler is higher than the refrigeration compressor, the exhaust pipe should be sloped to the cooler and the liquid ring should be modified at the exhaust pipe of the refrigeration compressor, so as to prevent the vapor cooling and vaporizing flow back to high pressure after the machine is shut down. At the air outlet, liquid hammer is caused during the process of re-opening;
6. The outlet of the return bronchus of DC INVERTER CONDENSING UNIT should be modified with a U-shaped bend, and the return and intake pipeline should be sloped to the direction of the refrigeration compressor, so as to ensure the success of pumping oil. The assembly part of the air conditioner expansion valve should be as close to the air cooler as possible. The relay should be installed horizontally and vertically, and be sure to pay attention to the direction of the drain. In addition, the temperature sensor package of the air-conditioning expansion valve is screwed with a metal card in the area of 10cm-20cm from the inlet and outlet of the air-conditioning evaporator, and is tightly wrapped with two layers of thermal insulation;
