AIR COOLED CONDENSER is a heat exchanger that uses air to cool thermal fluids. The hot fluid in the tube exchanges heat with the air outside the tube through the tube wall and fins, and the air used is usually supplied by a fan.
AIR COOLED CONDENSER mainly includes the following basic components: tube bundles, fans, frames, shutters, bellows and accessories.
AIR COOLED CONDENSER can be divided into blast type (forced ventilation type) and induced draft type (induced ventilation type) according to the ventilation method. The blower fan is placed under the tube bundle. The induced draft fan is placed on the top of the tube bundle. The air extracted by the induced draft type is hot air that has undergone heat exchange, so the required power is 10% larger than that of the blast type. However, because the air is distributed evenly between the tube bundles, and the hot air extracted at the same time is not easy to be sucked back to the air cooler, and because the surface of the tube bundle is covered by 60%, it is less affected by the sun, rain and hail, so most air coolers are Adopt ventilation. However, when the outlet temperature of the air cooler should be limited to below 100°C, to prevent possible damage to the fan blades, bearings, V-belts or other mechanical components in the hot air, and for fluids with an inlet temperature higher than 180°C, drums should be used. Cleaning of AIR COOLED CONDENSER:
1. Blow back the dirt with compressed air, and then take the dirt out of the air guide hood; if it is dirty, spray some degreaser before blowing.
2. Open the air guide to clean the cover, or remove the cooling fan.
3. Install the cover or cooling fan. When the screw air compressor cannot be cleaned by the above methods, the AIR COOLED CONDENSER needs to be removed, soaked or sprayed with cleaning solution, and cleaned with a brush (wire brush is strictly prohibited).
4. Shut down the screw air compressor equipment and confirm that the pressure has been released, and pull down the main power switch.
